Hello Woodlynne,
As some of you may have heard, there was a meeting held on Tuesday, October 15th regarding a community change grant that Woodlynne is going to try and apply for. Among the ideas that were discussed, the most talked about included:
* A Community Center
* Plans to deal with the flooding in town
* Building a shopping plaza
* Building a water system/tower for Woodlynne
First and foremost, this is a *community* meeting, and not an official Borough meeting, hence the lack of notice in the papers, though some form of advertisement beyond word-of-mouth would have been a good idea to get more people there. While the Mayor ran the meeting, he seemed to be doing so more from the standpoint of a resident, and less as the Mayor. That being the case, the meeting itself seemed a little chaotic at times, and so I have done my best to present the footage to you in two ways.
